Your orders are our top priority. After placing an order, expect it to be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. During peak times and holidays, this timeframe may extend up to 7 business days. An order is considered dispatched once it's in the hands of our shipping carrier.

Note that during peak times and holidays, carriers may experience delays. For international shipments, customs delays could further extend delivery times.

Accuracy in Shipping Details

Please review and confirm your address carefully, as after 24 hours, your order will be shipped to the provided address and changes will no longer be possible.

Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to alter the destination with the shipping carrier. In cases where the shipping address is incorrect and we are not notified within the 24-hour window, Solalune cannot be held responsible. Unfortunately, in such scenarios, we are unable to offer a refund or reship the order, as we have no way of tracking or redirecting the package once it's in transit.

Delayed Delivery

While we strive for prompt delivery, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier disruptions or severe weather conditions. In these events, we'll work closely with the courier for a swift resolution. Additionally, product availability, address verification, or payment processing issues can also lead to delays. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed throughout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, please contact us at support@solalune.com. While the responsibility shifts to our courier partners after dispatch, we're committed to assisting you. We recommend contacting the courier for a claim and we will also follow up on your behalf.

Please note, lost or stolen packages are outside the scope of our refund policy. However, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. If a package is not recoverable, we advise filing a police report.
